BRISTOL — Colt State Park was bustling with activity as walkers, joggers, bikers and quahoggers were enjoying the warm weather as temps climbed upwards of 60 degrees on Thursday, March 1. New Bristol residents Emerson Badessa and Shirley DesJarlais were out practicing volleyball at Independence Park. Dog walkers were also out along the water near the bike path getting a sniff of fresh air.
