Firefighters from Bristol Fire Rescue Truck 6 delighted students at The Learning Journey Preschool and Child Care Corp. (814 Metacom Ave.) on Tuesday morning, part of their efforts to promote Fire Prevention Week.
Students got to sit in the truck, put on equipment, and learned about what goes into a day in the life of a firefighter. The department also visited Colt Andrews on Wednesday morning.
