Letter: Thanks for attending the Flea and Fair

To the editor:

On behalf of the Bristol Historical & Preservation Society, I wish to express our heartfelt thanks to everyone who came out for our Annual Flea and Fair this past weekend. We were delighted to host over 50 vendors and to attract such an interested and attentive audience, especially on a weekend with so many other things to do.

I especially want to thank our local businesses, whose response to our request for donations of raffle prizes went way above and beyond the call. In the end, thanks to their generosity, we were able to offer over 50 prizes to our lucky winners. There are too many businesses to thank here, but we have them listed on our website at www.bhpsri.org.

Please take a minute to look over that list and do what you can to support them. Bristol is so lucky to have these businesses and the wonderful people behind them in our community.

See you next year!
