Is walking with a dog in a cemetery a new standard, or is Bristol just a special exception?

Letter: Stop the defacing of American heroes

Posted

To the editor:

So now you can officially take dogs to the graves of American heroes and other graves so they can take care of their physiological needs?

Is walking with a dog in a cemetery a new standard, or is Bristol just a special exception?

Apparently not allowing a dog to pee on a dead person is bullying an animal. Permitting a dog to do so is a great insult to the person who has passed away, despite the fact that the owner could possibly wash the monument.

I do not agree with this state of affairs and I know that this type of walk in the cemetery with a dog is a great insult to the people who have passed away, giving their lives our freedoms here in America.
