To the editor:
In reply to the reader who suggested in the Speakout section of the Oct. 19 Phoenix that only people who have children in school should pay for the new school, I wonder if, in keeping with the same line of thinking, that reader would also agree that only people who have cars should pay for the building and upkeep of roads and bridges.
