Fundraiser set up for Bristol man in critical condition following work injury

Posted

On Dec. 1 Bristol resident Josh Correia, 40, was involved in an accident at work and is currently in critical condition at Rhode Island Hospital. Correia has been through seven surgeries and is gradually improving. Correia is married to Katie Micheletti and they have three young children.

Last Friday, Santa Claus and a contingent of local elves, paid an early Christmas visit to the Correia children. Santa arrived on Michael Hoffman's fire engine with a Bristol Police Department escort. Santa gave the Correia children gifts to help cheer them up at this difficult time.

For those who would like to help the Correia family, visit the GoFundMe page that has been set up.
