Bristol Golf Park opens for first full season this weekend

Posted

The long-anticipated, much improved Bristol Golf Park made its debut late last summer and now, the 2024 season, slated to begin Saturday, will be its first. This weekend, Saturday and Sunday, the course will be open for play from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Also during the month of March, a Bristol Golf Park instructor will be offering indoor beginner lessons for kids ages 6-12. The course will be held Saturdays, March 2 through 23 from 11 a.m. to noon at the Quinta Gamelin Community Center, and will cost $70 per child ($60 for a sibling.) Call 401-253-1611 for more information.

A season information night will be held on Tuesday, March 12 from 6 to 7:30 p.m., also at the Quinta Gamelin Center. The evening will be an opportunity to learn all about the offerings at the Golf Park, including leagues, tournaments, programs, and more.

The Park recently appeared before the Town Council with a full schedule of proposed events, including clinics for kids and beginners, ladies nights, charity events, and live music.
