The following is the Warren Police
Department weekly arrest blotter:
Friday, Sept. 18
David Delamater, 43 and of Bristol, was arrested at approximately 10:27 a.m. on an outstanding warrant (Domestic Violence charges) that had been issued by Barrington PD. He was turned over to their department.
Stacy Oliveira, 41 and of Warren, was arrested at approximately 5:21 p.m. on an outstanding warrant (Domestic Violence charges) that had been issued by Bristol PD. She was turned over to their department.
Saturday, Sept. 19
Marzia Faizi, 34 and of Warren, was arrested after a disturbance at an apartment on Arlington Avenue at approximately 11:10 a.m. The first-floor tenants reported an altercation over a parking dispute at which point Faizi (who resides on the second floor) became aggressive towards them. After officers responded there multiple time, Faizi was arrested and charged with Disorderly Conduct. She is a released with a future District Court date.
Wilfredo Arias Nunez, 31 and of Central Falls, RI, was stopped on Market Street for a motor vehicle violation at approximately 4:28 p.m. Officers conducted a check through the RIDMV which showed Nunez did not have a driver's license. He was arrested and charged with Driving Without A License 4th or subsequent offense. He was arraigned and issued a future District Court date.
Sunday, Sept. 20
Natalie Martinez, 36 and of Providence, was stopped on Market Street for a motor vehicle violation at approximately 1:19 a.m.. After an investigation, Martinez failed a series of failed sobriety tests and was taken into custody without incident. She was charged DUI Unknown Blood Alcohol Concentration (1st offense). Martinez was arraigned and issued a future District Court date.
Alanna Mulcahy, 36 and of Warren, was arrested at approximately 3:27 p.m. after officers responded to a residence on Munro Avenue after someone inside the home called for police assistance. After an investigation, Mulcahy was charged with Domestic Vandalism/Property Damage and Domestic Disorderly Conduct. She was arraigned and issued a future District Court date.
Thime Kensly, 28 and of Fall River, was stopped on Arlington Avenue for a motor vehicle violation at approximately 7:15 p.m. Officers conducted a check through the RIDMV which showed Kensly did have a valid RI driver's license as her was suspended. Kensly was taken into custody and charged Driving With A Suspended License (4th or subsequent offense). She was arraigned and issued a future District Court date.
Monday, Sept. 21
Kacey Edmonds, 51 and of Warren, was arrested at approximately 2:51 p.m. after a disturbance at an apartment on Child Street was called in to police. Upon arrival, officers began interviewing witnesses and parties involved at which point Oliviera was taken into custody and charged with Disorderly Conduct. She was later arraigned and released with future District Court date.
Wednesday, Sept. 23
Michael Wagner, 39 and of Fall River, was stopped on Child Street for a motor vehicle violation at 0121 a.m. A check through the RIDMV showed his license had been suspended from a previous motor vehicle criminal complaint that had been filed. Wagner was charged with Driving With A Suspended License For Certain Violations. He was issued a future District Court date.
