It is with great sorrow that we tell family and friends that on January 9, 2017, my husband Robert B. Babcock of Talbott, Tenn., and Tiverton, passed away.

Robert was home with his wife Helen of almost 60 years and his six children, Deborah Michael, Terri Babcock, Becky Ferraz, Brian S. Babcock, Brenda Porter, Beth Rivera, and many of his 13 grandchildren, nine great grandchildren and his sister Gayle Asebedo were at his bedside. He also leaves a brother, Bruce Babcock, in York, Penn.

He was a wonderful husband, caring father, grandfather and great grandfather and will be greatly missed by all.

Bob (Babo) worked at the Naval Underwater Ordnance for 32 years. He also owned Babcock's Dairy Farm and Sakonnet Equestrian Center in Tiverton.
