In regards to the last published Question of the Week, I want to point out that House District 67 candidate Joseph DePasquale was mistaken when he stated that “RIGL 31-3-2.2 prohibits anyone under the age of 16 years old from operating an electric motorized scooter or bicycle on public ways.” In fact, RIGL 31-3-2.2 makes no mention of electric scooters nor public ways.
