In Portsmouth: Tiny tots on parade (photos)
PORTSMOUTH — Students at Melville and Hathaway elementary schools strutted their school spirit last Friday, Oct. 31.
Melville celebrated a school-wide Storybook Character Day, and then an outdoor Kindergarten Parade with children in costume at 2 p.m.
Hathaway, meanwhile, let students outside for a morning "Fun Walk," with the school’s Parent-Teacher Association collecting non-perishable food items for the Aquidneck Food Pantry.
