Russell J. Burley, 62, of Barrington

Russell J. Burley, 62, died peacefully on Thursday, Aug. 16, 2018. He was the beloved husband of Mary Ann (Rutkowski) Burley. 

Born in Albany, NY, a son of Florann (Conklin) Burley of Plattsburg, NY and the late Russell J. Burley, he lived in Barrington for 37 years. 

Mr. Burley was an emergency medical technician and an aircraft maintenance mechanic. 

Russell was a United States Army Veteran helicopter crew chief in the 1st Aviation Company in Fort Riley, Kansas and enjoyed fishing. 

Besides his wife of 41 years, he is survived by a daughter, Eileen Beard of Leonardtown, Md.; a sister, Linda Layo of Plattsburgh, NY and a brother, Daniel Burley of Charleston, SC. 

A Mass of Christian Burial was held on Saturday, Sept. 29, in St. Luke Church, Washington Road, Barrington.
