Barrington home sells for $3.7 million

The recent sale of a home on Adams Point Road marked the highest sale in Barrington so far this year.

According to a press release from Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty, the home at 127 Adams Point Road sold recently for $3.7 million.

The sellers were represented by The Soby Fox Team Sales Associates of Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty, while the buyers were represented by The Coleman Group Sales Associates, also of Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty.

The home is located on more than one and a half acres along the shores of Smith’s Cove. The property features a new pool, expansive patio, a fire-pit and an outdoor shower.

"This is a one-of-a-kind home in a picturesque haven,” said Bridgette Soby. “I am overjoyed to see it passed on to the new stewards.”

“It was a pleasure to help my clients,” said David Coleman. “They have truly found one of the best properties in Rhode Island."
