The manager of a store in the Barrington Shopping Center contacted police at about 7 p.m. on Thursday, June 6, after noticing two employees smoking marijuana in the parking lot during a break.

Police spoke with the two individuals, both teenagers. The teens said they did not think it was a big deal and had only gone out for "a few hits."

Police searched both teenagers' vehicles and found small amounts of marijuana inside both vehicles. Police issued a summons to each teenager for possession of marijuana under one ounce.
