Letter: Last week's letter deserves nod for best of 2020

To the editor:

I had been intending to write a short letter to the editor pointing out to the "Keep politics off the pole" group that their stance implies that the US flag would have to be kept off the pole too. However, Trinki Breuchner's letter entitled "BLM Banner is addendum to Pledge of Allegiance" is infinitely better than anything I could have written, and it has my vote for the best letter of 2020, by a long way.  (Note: I do not believe I have ever met Trinki).
