Residents, officials at Temple Habonim report thefts

Two Sowams Road residents called Barrington police on Thursday, Sept. 7 and reported that their "Hate Has No Home Here" signs had been stolen from their yards. 

The residents said a total of three signs were stolen; they valued the signs at $30 each.

On Monday, Sept. 11, officials at Temple Habonim contacted police after noticing suspicious activity in the parking lot behind the temple. Officials said they believed some teenagers had been parking behind the temple and drinking alcohol. Also, some "Hate Has No Home Here" signs went missing from the temple.
