Barrington police and fire responded to a single car accident on Nayatt Road on Wednesday morning, Jan. 24.
According to the fire department, black ice was to blame for the crash, which resulted in minor injuries to the driver. The truck slid off the road, struck a utility pole and then crashed into a row of trees.
A crane was used to remove the truck from the trees.
