Barrington police called for incident

Posted

On Sunday, Oct. 7, Barrington police responded to the Sage Gymnasium at St. Andrew's School at about 11:10 a.m. for a disturbance.

Officers spoke with a 26-year-old man who said he was a coach and one of his former players and some other people had "jumped him" and beaten him up.

The man said he did not want to press charges initially and would not identify his attackers, but later called back police and said he did want to press charges. Police told the man that he needed to come to the station to share details about the incident.
