Barrington native and former Barrington High School hockey standout, Michael Lombardi, helped the Quinnipiac University men's hockey team win the 2023 NCAA men's hockey championship on Saturday night, April 8.
Michael and his fellow Quinnipiac Bobcats beat Minnesota 3-2 in an exciting overtime win. It is Quinnipiac's first NCAA men's hockey championship.
Michael is the son of Liz and Joe Lombardi.
