Barrington business moves into new location in town

Link Real Estate moved its office last week from Maple Avenue to Barrington Shopping Center at 184 County Road.

The boutique real estate firm, which serves Rhode Island and Massachusetts, is now located on the second floor above Barrington Books.

“We’ve had our eye on this space for some time,” said Tracy LeRoux, principal broker. “And we were pleased that it became available.”

In addition to being a larger space for the growing business, with room for expansion, she notes that the location offers the advantages of increased parking and greater visibility.

“Because we encourage ‘walk-ins,’” she said, “we were attracted to the additional foot traffic being here provides.”

Scott Bean, partner at Link Real Estate, added “Barrington Center is the business hub of the town, so we think it’s a great move for us. It’s a wonderful space for us to serve our residential, commercial and investment clients, as well as a convenient spot for our many friends in town to drop by.”

Link Real Estate is a division of The Link Agency, a national advertising agency.
