Residential Properties Ltd recently announced the sale of a Fessenden Road home for $1,525,000.

According to MLS, Residential Properties Ltd. has listed seven of the 15 homes in Barrington to sell for more than $1 million this year, and has represented more than half of the transaction sides.

The listing agents for the sale of the Fessenden Road property were sales associates Elizabeth Kirk and Lisa Schryver. This was the team’s eighth sale of more than $1 million this year. Another RPL agent, sales associate Beverly Chittim, represented the buyers. All of the agents are members of RPL’s Barrington office.

The Fessenden Road home sits overlooking Barrington Beach and enjoys sweeping water views of Narragansett Bay. The home also offered an updated gourmet kitchen, multiple bedrooms and suites and a large deck.
