Listed in town records as the Santos Brothers Farm, the property sprawls over about 92 acres near the intersection of Sodom Road, and includes a 1920s Cape-style home. Much of the land is subject to an Agricultural Preservation Restriction, though it was listed in sales documents as having just under 13 acres of modestly developable land.

According to town records, it was last purchased by 'Santos Brothers Farm' in 1998 for $276,000. Another large nearby farm is also for sale, a 99-acre property at 978 Sodom Road on the market for an even $3 million.
