Warren officer pleads not guilty to cyberstalking
Randy Bryant remains on administrative leave
A Warren police officer accused of cyberstalking a 44-year-old Warren woman earlier this year pleaded not guilty to the charge last Friday in Sixth Division District Court in Providence.
Officer Randy Bryant, 50, was in court for a pre-trial conference when he submitted his plea to Judge J. Gorman. As a result of his plea, the judge ordered the case filed for one year, ordering Officer Bryant to have no contact with the victim during that period.
Deputy Warren Police Chief Joseph Loiselle said Officer Bryant remains on administrative lead, pending the result of an internal investigation. He was arrested on May 10.
