I am temporarily giving up writing about the problems at the BXWA. I have come to the conclusion that the ratepayers, taxpayers and the three town councils are either dumb, stop or just lazy, apathetic to all the problems.

More people in Bristol go to meetings about changing the Fourth of July Parade route, which has nothing to do with money out of their pockets. A recent meeting at the BXWA office was a big joke. They don’t even start the meeting with the salt to the flag, the director uses the Lord’s name in vain, and then members have the nerve to say the directors can do whatever they want, and to hell with the three town councils.

I will tell everybody to wake up and pay attention because all of you complain about the BCWA and you do nothing. You always leave it up to other people. They say in the Marine Corps that if you can’t stand up for your rights, you don’t deserve them.

I am suggesting these things that have to be done ASAP:

1. Have the RI State Police take over the BCWA.

2. Have a forensic audit done and be transparent, public invited. Let the cards fall wherever.

3. Think about having a private company run the BCWA with a contractual agreement under the PUC.

People are sick and tired of the lies.
