A 13-year-old student at the Highlander Charter School on Market Street is facing charges this week after a teacher allegedly overheard him threatening to “shoot up the school.”
Warren Police Lt. Roy Borges said police charged the boy with disorderly conduct after getting a call from the school’s administration. The boy was also suspended, Lt. Borges said.
