Tiverton police: Man charged with multiple break-ins

Monday, Oct. 2

A caller from Neck Road reported property damage at 9:30 a.m.

A Bulgarmarsh Road man filed an animal complaint at 12:40 p.m.

A caller from Canonicus Street reported a larceny.

Anthony Dias, 21, of 1385 Main Road, first floor, was charged with domestic simple assault and/or battery, and domestic disorderly conduct, after police were called to a domestic incident on Main Road just before 4 p.m.

Celeste R. Arnold, 42, of 162 Main Road, first floor, was charged with domestic simple assault and/or battery and domestic disorderly conduct.

A caller asked police to keep the peace on Main Road at 11:10 p.m.

Wednesday, Oct. 4

A caller from a Crandall Road antiques shop complained of property damage just after 10 a.m.

A resident asked police to keep the peace on Main Road at 10:16 a.m. A similar request was made for the same address at 1:34 p.m.

A Main Road resident reported being threatened.

Thursday, Oct. 5

Gabriel Loving, 29, no address given, Middletown, was charged with operating under a foreign license during suspension or revocation, after he was pulled over on Hilton Street just after 1 p.m.

A caller from Bramble Way reported harassment or threats. A similar call came in from Main Road at 9:40 p.m.

Friday, Oct. 6

A caller reported an erratic driver on Route 24 just after 5 p.m. An area search turned up negative.

A caller reported a disturbance on Shove Street at 11:18 p.m.

Saturday, Oct. 7

Tori M. Petti, 31, of 43 Reuben St., Fall River, was charged with driving under the influence of a drug, toluene, and possession of a controlled substance, after a 911 caller reported finding an unresponsive person on Stafford Road at 2:09 a.m.

A caller from Kaufman Road reported vandalism.

A noise complaint came in from Main Road at 1:34 p.m.

Jared M. Chabot, 42, of 117 Bishop St., Fall River, was charged with driving with a suspended, revoked or canceled license, fourth or subsequent offense, after police pulled him over on Shove Street at 7:08 p.m.

Sunday, Oct. 8

Wilson F. Colon, 31, of 1863 Pleasant St., Apt. 810, was charged with eight counts of injuring or tampering with vehicles, and seven counts of larceny under $1,500.

Derek L. Fauci, 18, of 463 Nanaquaket Road, as charged with vandalism and disorderly conduct after police got a call about an erratic driver at Tiverton High School at 5:33 p.m.

Monday, Oct. 9

Wayne A. Gomes, 55, of 152 Durfee St., New Bedford, was charged with larceny under $1,500 after police responded to the Tiverton Casino.

Daniel Bernier, 43, of 117 Sawdy Pond Ave., was charged with simple assault after an incident at a Stafford Road business called in at 10:45 a.m.

A 911 caller reported an unwanted person at an East Road address.

A 911 caller from Beardsworth Road reported harassment and threats.

Tuesday, Oct. 10

A 911 caller reported a domestic incident on East Road at 12:05 a.m.

A 911 caller reported a neighbor dispute on Cypress Avenue just after 11 a.m.

Paul J. Demers, 55, of 2621 Main Road, was charged with driving under the influence of liquor and obstructing an officer, after police pulled him over on Bulgarmarsh Road at 3:09 p.m.

A caller from Bottom Street reported an unwanted person at 8:26 p.m.

Wednesday, Oct. 11

A caller reported an erratic driver on Main Road at 10:46 a.m., but a search turned up nothing. A similar call, from Route 24 at 2:05 p.m., was deemed unfounded.

Thursday, Oct. 12

A caller from Hilton Street reported road rage just before noon.

A caller reported a disturbance on Hurst Lane at 4:14 p.m.

Shaun Powers, 52, of 108 Fern Way, was arrested on a Second Division District Court bench warrant following a car stop on Stafford Road at 6 p.m.

Friday, Oct. 13

Peter G. Dimarzo, 35, of 75 E. Beardsworth Road, was charged with domestic assault on a person over 60 causing bodily injury, two counts of domestic vandalism, first offense, domestic disorderly conduct, second offense, and domestic cyberstalking and cyberharassment.

A caller from Russell Drive reported trespassing at 2:33 p.m.

A 911 caller reported an assault at the Tiverton Casino Hotel at 8:57 p.m.

Saturday, Oct. 14

Isaac R. Griffin, 23, of 114 Almy St., Apt. 2, Providence, was charged with driving with a suspended, revoked or canceled license, fourth or subsequent offense, after police pulled him over on Tiverton Casino Boulevard at 4:01 a.m.

A caller from Rock Street reported vandalism at 4:19 p.m.

Carlos Coelho, 58, of 356 Blossom Hill Drive, Westport, was charged with vandalism and disorderly conduct, after a caller from the Tiverton Casino Hotel reported vandalism at 11:51 p.m.

Sunday, Oct. 15

A caller from Windwood Drive reported a neighbor dispute just after 6 p.m.
