An animal complaint on Windwood Drive was filed at 11:18 a.m.

Tiverton police: Another 'dog at large' citation

Monday, July 10

A caller reported a suspicious person on Warren Avenue at 9:16 a.m.

An animal complaint on Windwood Drive was filed at 11:18 a.m.

Harassment was reported from Hooper Street  at 3:28 p.m.

Sayles B. Livingston, 53, of 25 Riverside Drive, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, BAC unknown, and refusal to submit to a chemical test, second offense, after an accident on Riverside Drive called in at 6:23 p.m.

Wednesday, July 12

A fire on Bulgarmarsh Road was extinguished after an emergency caller reported the incident at 4:46 a.m.

Domestic harassment on Main Road was reported at 5:15 a.m.

Trespassing at a business on Main Road was reported at 8 a.m.

Thursday, July 13

Kelly M. Frazer, 40, of 11A Connell St., was cited with two counts of having a dog at large, and summoned to municipal court after an animal complaint on A Connell Street was made at 11:01 a.m.

Sandy Rainey, 46, of 253 Russell Drive, was arrested on a Second Division District Court warrant after a car stop on Main Road at 6:18 p.m.

Friday, July 14

An emergency caller reported a disturbance on Main Road at 5:01 a.m.

An emergency caller reported a disturbance on Stafford Road at 1:28 p.m.

Saturday, July 15

A Lewis Street resident reported fraud at 8:34 a.m.

Paula A. Harrington, 38, of 7 Old Colony St. Apt. #107, Fall River, was charged with domestic criminal violation of a no contact order at 11:43 a.m.

Sunday, July 16

Mark A. Demello, 35, of 1295 Stafford Road, Apt. 8, was charged with domestic vandalism and domestic disorderly conduct after a disturbance on Stafford Road reported at 11:42 a.m.

An animal complaint on Sleepy Hollow Drive was made at 1:39 p.m. and the animal was removed to the Potter League.

Monday, July 17

Car theft on Canning Boulevard was reported at 12:48 p.m.
