Ann Marie Nicoletti, 84, Tiverton

Ann Marie (O’Connell) Nicoletti, 84, of Tiverton, RI passed away peacefully on November 8, 2021.  She was the beloved wife of the late Paul J. Nicoletti.

Born in Fall River, Ann Marie resided most of her life in Tiverton, where she and her husband raised their four children. Ann Marie was a graduate of Sacred Hearts Academy and Stonehill College. She worked as an Elementary teacher for over 30 years, most recently at St. Philomena’s School in Portsmouth, RI, before her retirement.

She was an active congregant at Holy Ghost Parish for many years, where she was a C.C.D. instructor. She was also a member of the St. Vincent de Paul Society and the Holy Ghost Women’s Guild.

She is survived by her sister, Maureen St. Laurent (husband Victor); and three sons, Joseph (wife Louise), Peter and Jude (wife Jody). She was predeceased by her daughter Paula Nicoletti. Her true joy was spending time with her seven grandchildren; Gina, Jon, Noah, Ethan, Owen, Lucas and Andrew.

Calling hours will be at the Pocasset Funeral Home in Tiverton, RI, on Saturday, November 13 from 8:30 to 10:30 a.m. A Mass of Christian burial will follow at St Theresa’s Church in Tiverton at 11 a.m.
