Tuesday, June 14

Jose Frias, 38, of 185 East Road, Apt. # 1504, Tiverton, was charged at 10:45 a.m. with domestic simple assault.

Jillian Frias, 34, of 752 East Road, Tiverton, was charged at 10:58 a.m.with domestic vandalism, malicious injury to property.

Tiverton Police: Graffitti suspect nabbed

Tuesday, June 14

Jose Frias, 38, of 185 East Road, Apt. # 1504, Tiverton, was charged at 10:45 a.m. with domestic simple assault.

Jillian Frias, 34, of 752 East Road, Tiverton, was charged at 10:58 a.m.with domestic vandalism, malicious injury to property.

Residents of Beth Road, Linda Road, Richard Road, and Warren Avenue all reported issues of blasting at 12:33 p.m..

At 6:05 p.m., Frederick Thomas Preece, 26, of 301 Bulgarmarsh Road, Apt. G11, Tiverton, was charged with larceny over $500 and as a sexual offender, registration required.

At 11:34 p.m., Victoria S. Ferreira, 21, of 20 Main Road, Apt. #1, Tiverton, was charged under a 2nd District Court bench warrant.

Thursday, June 16

Jose M. Lopes-Rivera, 25, of Providence, was charged at 1:17 a.m. under a 6th District Court bench warrant.

At 2:59 a.m., Jeffrey L. Pemberton, 27, of Fall River, was charged with driving with an invalid license, and under a 2nd District Court bench warrant and a 6th District Court bench warrant.

At 11:57 a.m., Joel Gerard Giaconetti, 23, of Fall River, was charged under a 6th District Court bench warrant.

Friday, June 17

At 7:40 a.m., Christopher D. Beeler, 47, of 102 Thibault Lane, Tiverton , was charged with breaking and entering a dwelling, simple assault, disorderly conduct, and vandalism.

At 2:21 p.m., a juvenile was charged with four counts of vandalism involving the Tiverton School Department (two locations), the Rhode Island Department of Transportation, and National Grid. The vandalism reported was tagging with spray paint (school building, street signs, utility pole).

Karen A. Botelho, 53, of 51 Adam Street, Tiverton, was charged at 3:01 p.m. with domestic simple assault.

Sunday, June 19

At 8:19 p.m. a large group of males and females was reported in the parking lot of Pocasset School. The incident was reported as "large group fighting, unknown weapons, there is a Rottweiler."
