Seniors at Mt. Hope High School will cross the stage to receive their diplomas Saturday, ending their time in the Bristol Warren School District.
But before they shuffle off in a new direction, many of the graduating students took time Thursday to bid farewell to the schools that helped shape them as students and as people. Dozens of seniors visited Kickemuit Middle School, and Rockwell, Hugh Cole and Colt Andrews elementary schools, strolling one last time through the halls they grew up in.
Scan through a gallery of photos of the students visiting the schools and saying farewell to the teachers who helped mold them. Graduation is scheduled for Saturday, at noon, at the Roger Williams University fieldhouse. Check with eastbayri.com for full coverage of the ceremony.
