The Warren Prevention Coalition, in coordination with the Warren Police Department, the East Bay Recovery Center, Saint Mary of the Bay, and the Warren Health Equity Zone, are hosting their third annual candlelight vigil and walk to recognize International Overdose Awareness Day.
The event begins at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, Aug. 31, starting at the East Bay Recovery Center (31 Railroad Ave. in Warren). Participants will walk to Saint Mary of the Bay Church for the vigil, followed by a reception back at the East Bay Recovery Center. For more information, email mursini@townofwarren-ri.gov.
