The Department of Theatre, Dance & Film at Providence College opens its fall semester with BAT BOY: THE MUSICAL. Based on a story in The Weekly World News, BAT BOY: THE MUSICAL is a musical comedy/horror show about a half boy/half bat creature who is discovered in a cave near Hope Falls, West Virginia. Music & Lyrics by Laurence O'Keefe. Book & Story by Keythe Farley and Brian Flemming. Director Jimmy Calitri; Lila Kane, musical direction; Jennifer Hopkins, Choreography; Trevor Elliott, scenic design; Maxine Wheelock, costume design; Steven McLellan, lighting design; Michael Dates, hair, make-up, prosthetics & wigs.
