Applicants will be ranked on the waiting list according to Warren residence, applicants who work in Warren, Veteran’s Preference (service connected) and date and time of application. To be determined eligible for admission and placed on the waiting list, applicants must meet the following maximum income limits for your size household: Number of Very Low Persons Income Limit 1 $26,500 2 $30,250 3 $34,050 4 $37,800 5 $40,850 6 $43,850 7 $46,900 8 $49,900 Any applicant who has a physical/mobility/sensory/impairment that could prevent them from obtaining an application on November 16, 2012, must contact the Warren Housing Authority at 245-7019 prior to that date and special arrangements will be made. Pre-applications must be completed and returned by mail no later than November 30, 2012. Incomplete, faxed or email pre-applications will not be accepted. The Warren Housing Authority will not be responsible for mail delays or lost mail. No pre-applications will be accepted prior to November 16, 2012. All applicants are hereby made aware that the Warren Housing Authority will not; on the basis of race, color, sex, religion, creed, national or ethnic origin, age, family or marital status, handicap or disability, deny any family or individual the opportunity to apply for, or receive assistance under HUD’s Section 8 Housing programs.
