Storm's over on wintry Water Street


Downtown Warren is nearly a ghost town. Though the Coffee Depot is open, not much else is. Warren Town Hall is closed, schools are out, and commuters trying to head to work were still digging out their cars at 10 a.m. Over at Burr's Hill, sledders are already arriving.
