Pisasale leads Huskies' gymnasts in loss to Portsmouth

The Mt. Hope gymnastics team fell to Portsmouth in their final regular season meet at Strive Gymnastics on Sunday. Mt. Hope scored a 130.75 and Portsmouth scored a 133.30. 
The Huskies qualified for states and finished their season with a record of 10-4. 
Freshman Kara Pisasale led all gymnasts with an all-around score of 35.1, with a 9.0 on vault, an 8.4 on bars, an 8.6 on beam and a 9.1 on floor. 
Senior Caroline Nash tallied a 33.4 in all-around with an 8.4 on vault, 7.2 on bars, 9.0 on beam and an 8.8 on floor. 

Freshman Sarah Sustakowsky scored a 30.4 in all-around with an 8.25 on vault, a 6.5 on bars, a 7.6 on beam and an 8.1 on floor. 

Senior Avery Furtado scored a 23.05 with an 8.25 on vault, a 6.8 on bars and an 8.0 on beam. 

Isabella Brando scored an 8.1 on vault, 4.4 on bars, 6.55 on beam and an 8.05 on floor.

Madeleine St. Pierre scored a 4.3 on bars, an 8.0 on beam and an 8.35 on floor.
