New business moves into Maple Avenue space

Link Real Estate opens Barrington office

Link Real Estate, a boutique real estate firm serving Rhode Island and Mass., has moved from Warren to 71 Maple Ave. in Barrington.

Tracy LeRoux, the principal broker at Link, was excited about the move.

“We’ve served so many friends and neighbors in the past few years that it made sense to have a presence in the town. Our space on Maple Avenue just feels right,” she said.

Link Real Estate is a division of The Link Agency, a national advertising agency. Its team of marketing professionals, who have developed award-winning campaigns, are also licensed Realtors.

“In both fields, we’re asked to identify and solve specific problems for clients,” said Ms. Leroux’s business partner and fellow longtime Barrington resident Scott Bean, “so there are more similarities than you might think. It’s a similar process, just a different product.”

The firm aims to distinguish itself within the field by leveraging its marketing expertise to benefit both buyers and sellers.

“Most transactions have an aspect about them that requires something special, whether it’s added discretion or specialized knowledge,” Mr. Bean said.

In addition to handling conventional properties, Link Real Estate deals with properties that are considered “outside the box.” This includes luxury properties, short sales, estates, private brokerage and bank-owned properties.

In celebration of their new office, Link Real Estate is offering complimentary listing consultations, which include comparative market analyses.
