PORTSMOUTH — A 26-year-old man from Weymouth, Mass. was charged with domestic disorderly conduct after police responded to the area of West Main Road at the Route 24 on-ramp around 11:25 p.m.

According to police, officers reported to the area after receiving word that a highly intoxicated man was running into the woods while stripping off his clothing.

After police arrived, officers determined the man had acted in a disorderly manner toward a 28-year-old Weymouth woman with whom he shared a domestic relationship.

Justin H. Ryder, of 1002 Commercial St., reportedly yelled at the victim and threw numerous articles at her while traveling in a motor vehicle, police said.
