Joaquin Perry, 62, Warren

Joaquin “Jack” Perry, 62, of Warren and formerly of Bristol, died Wednesday, June 4, 2014. He was the son of the late Jesse Perry of Florida and the late Theresa (Gonsalves) Hoffman of Bristol.

Mr. Perry lived most of his life in Bristol, He was a Little League manager for more than 35 years and also coached freshman baseball, basketball and football at Bristol High School for many years.

He leaves his brothers, Jesse S. Perry of Fall River and Richard M. Perry of Warren; his stepsisters, Suzanne Hoffman-Beaulieu of Fall River, Donna (Albert) Cabral of Somerset and Kathleen (John) Riley of Tiverton.

A Mass will be held at 8 a.m. Monday, June 16, in St. Thomas Church, Metacom Avenue, Warren.
