Herreshoff Concert Series starts this week

The Herreshoff Marine Museum will be hosting an unforgettable summer of music, every Thursday from July 13 to Aug. 31, under the tent on the HMM waterfront, from 6 to 8 p.m., rain or shine.

Guests can bring their own lawn chairs, or take advantage of the tables, chairs, and picnic tables provided on site. You can even bring your own food and drinks, or visit the caterers and food trucks that will be available at all shows.

Neal & The Vipers, hailing from Warren, will be kicking off the Series on July 13. Masters of American Roots Music, blending blues, rock & roll, rockabilly, and surf genres into a high-energy musical experience, their performances are known to captivate audiences everywhere.

Rounding out the Series will be Johnny Hoy and the Bluefish on July 20; Tish Adams on July 27; Greg Piccolo on Aug. 3; Dan Moretti and the Hammond Boys feat. Sugar Ray Norcia on Aug. 10; Greg Abate on Aug. 17; Paul Del Nero on Aug. 24; and Roomful of Blues on Aug. 31.

Tickets are $25 for members and $35 for non-members: $35, and a Series pass is $150. Reliance Society & Afterguard Members are free, RSVP required. Tickets will be sold at the door of the event, though advanced purchase is encouraged. Tickets are non-refundable but they are transferable. Pre-purchased tickets that go unclaimed will be recognized as donations to the Museum.
