The 34th annual Heart & Sole Walk for Animals to benefit the homeless animals and the Potter League in Middletown takes places this Sunday, Oct. 22, from 10:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Fort Adams State Park.
This event is not just a pet walk, though it does feature a scenic dog walk, along with live music, a sponsor and vendor Flea-less Market, special activities for dogs and their humans, and a festive atmosphere that celebrates the special bond between animals and people. There will be food trucks and special activities for dogs and children.
