We encourage everyone from all across Rhode Island and southeastern Massachusetts to experience the unique dining opportunities in the East Bay area. East Bay Restaurant Week offers a chance to try new places or renew acquaintances with some old favorites. Either way bon appetite. #ebdining

Sweet Start Smackdown

Dessert comes first at this tour de confections where local pastry chefs compete and foodies feast. Sample sweets from some of the areas most talented chefs. Scores from our celebrity judges — and votes from guests decide the winner of EB Restaurant Week’s Signature Sweet.

Audience votes will count for 50 percent of each pastry chef's final score. With a $5 donation to the Sweet Start Smackdown beneficiary Linden Place, guests can pick up three more tokens to bolster votes for their favorites.

Also included, a local craft brewer, The Bucket Brewery and vineyard, to add to the local flavor and provide the beer and wine, plus live music.

Join us during the 15th Annual Holiday Preview Weekend in the historic Ballroom at Linden Place for a night of pâtissier excellence, craft beer and wine. Tickets are $15 in advance, $20 at the door, partial procedes to benefit Linden Place. #sweetstart
