Bristol PD: Warren man arrested for multiple counts of larceny

Monday, Sept. 25

A woman reportedly left Stop & Shop on Metacom Avenue with a cart-load of groceries without paying at 2:03 p.m.

Tuesday, Sept. 26

Lionel Vidaurreta, 59, of 5 Remington St., West Warwick, was arrested on a warrant at 10:45 a.m. by Providence Police. They were charged with two counts of domestic violence (simple assault and/or battery, and violating a protective order, both first offenses). They were taken to district court.

Wednesday, Sept. 27

Ryan Nieves, 21, of 31 Railroad Ave., Warren, was arrested on a warrant at 12:41 p.m. He was charged with five counts of larceny of less than $1,500, two counts of fraudulent use of a credit card, and one count of tampering with vehicles.

Police looked for a roller blader who was allegedly skating in the road on Hope Street at 2:39 p.m.

Thursday, Sept. 28

DEM was notified regarding an injured deer at the base of the Mt. Hope Bridge at 3:18 a.m.

Police looked for a man who was wielding a duffle bag and possibly intoxicated walking around the area of Wood Street at 7:58 a.m.

Kerrianne Bettencourt, 45, of 15 Massasoit Ave., Apt. #17, Bristol, was arrested on a superior court bench warrant at 10:18 a.m. She was transported to district court.

Police responded to Greenway Drive at 3:23 p.m. for a neighborly dispute over lawn trimmings.

Friday, Sept. 29

Cardi Construction reported at 9:44 a.m. that equipment was stolen from a job site on Narrows Road.

Saturday, Sept. 30

Police broke up a verbal argument between two men at Aidan’s Pub on John Street at 12:11 a.m.

A person reported at 2:50 p.m. that their car had been keyed while parked on Hope Street.

Sunday, Oct. 1

A man was dispersed from Roma Street at 12:36 p.m. following the report of a disturbance.

A fraudulent prescription was reported at CVS Pharmacy on Metacom Avenue at 1:20 p.m.

Joseph Lazo, 36, of 313 State St., Apt. #2, Bristol, was arrested following an altercation at the Colt State Park entrance on Poppasquash Road at 5:43 p.m. He was charged with one count of domestic violence (vandalism, first offense). He was arraigned and released.

Monday, Oct. 2

A man who was reportedly sleeping inside an ATM vestibule on Hope Street was dispersed at 5:43 a.m. He said he was waiting for the bus.
