onward73 - I do not think this issue is about the store following company policy, and people should realize this, I think this is more this information was not made available to the VETS until the last minute, and with the bad weather is what has caused this issue. I think that Shaws should have learned something from this and be better prepared to ensure the location is now set in place for future events.
