In response to Councilman Stanley's comments. The vote for the last zoning board appointment was 4-1 Davison Bolster the only desenting vote. Scott Lial seem to be asking questions about what the protocol is for voting for first and second alternates. Not sure why he caved on that one. In my opinion the positions should go to the most qualified individuals- period.
