What about Grants?

It's in the Job Description. What Grants have come from the Town Planner for the past 2 years?

Ted; I appreciate that you've indulged this conversation to this point, and completely understand if you can't continue. I realize these are answers that should really be coming from the individuals involved.

And if the best reply is a Text Message from the person holding the position, you can imagine why the general public has such disdain for the department.

A lifelong Portsmouth resident, Jim graduated from Portsmouth High School in 1982 and earned a journalism degree from the University of Rhode Island in 1986.
