Warren suspect expected in court on Thursday, March 29

Posted

Accused murderer Owen Morris remains at the ACI intake center in Cranston, following the cancellation of a bail hearing scheduled for the morning of Tuesday, Feb. 27, in Rhode Island Superior Court. The cancellation was the second time officials planned, but did not hold, a bail hearing for Mr. Morris. The 21-year-old Warren resident has been in state custody since his arrest last month in connection with the death last month of East Providence chiropractor Dr. Clive Brigham, his former physician.
