The Parenting Support Group is an opportunity for parents of preschool and school age children to meet and discuss with other parents and a mental health professional, the challenges they encounter in raising children today.  These might include helping children build self-esteem, homework completion, sibling rivalry, sleep problems, oppositional behavior and any other issues parents bring.  The group is open to all parents, single and partnered, traditional and non-traditional and those in blended families.  There is no charge for the group but participants are invited to bring a donation of non-perishable food or personal care items for the Bristol Good Neighbors pantry.  Child care is available but parents planning to bring children must contact Jennifer DeWolf at (401)935-3359 by Friday before the meeting to let her know the number of children who will be attending and their ages.
