With school buses rumbling again and Labor Day approaching this weekend, the summer is unofficially coming to an end. But there’s still time to celebrate one “Last Night.”
Bristol is inviting all residents to “come and share a night filled with music” Sunday, Sept. 4, beginning at 5 p.m. at Independence Park on Thames Street.
The party begins with Michael DiMucci & Friends performing at 5 p.m. on the Independence Park stage. The headliners — Rhode Island Philharmonic Orchestra — takes the stage at 6 p.m.
The annual “Last Night” celebration, which is free and open to the public, is hosted by the town of Bristol, TACO and the White Family Foundation.
