This class will be an exploration of art methods and materials. Each session will cover a variety of two-dimensional drawing and color media.
The sessions will include soft/ hard sketch pencils, colored pencils, water crayons, wax crayons, oil pastel, chalk pastel, gouache paint and watercolor paint.The goal of this class is to introduce students to a wide selection of art-making materials so they can choose what best adapts to their own style of art. Some basic drawing will be demonstrated at the beginning of each class.
