Letter: Barrington Town Council — a lost cause

Posted

To the editor:

Dear Town Council, If we are still talking about geese, and not the needs of student athletes, you are lost.

If you are talking about building on a dump, and not the obvious “fields” your paid consultants recommended, you are lost.

If you still believe a synthetic fields decision will overlook underserved members (ex. youth sports), then we all have lost.

For decades we've paid for evaluations of our fields.  How much money have we lost?

We lost an opportunity with the middle school, and if your approach continues the community and its student-athletes will lose again.

It’s a shame this effort, and the needs of Barrington student athletes is a lost cause.
